Mohamed Atheek Kaleel is an experienced Audit and Accounting professional with over seven years of diversified experience in audit, assurance, taxation, and financial reporting across Sri Lanka and Qatar. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at HLB AG L.L.C , he is responsible for planning and executing audit engagements, supervising audit teams, reviewing financial statements for regulatory compliance, and evaluating internal controls and risk management frameworks. He is a qualified Associate Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka) and holds associate memberships with the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers (CPM) , supported by a BCom (Special) Honours degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Atheek has extensive exposure to a wide range of industries including banking and finance, construction, manufacturing, trading, and hospitality, and has worked on major engagements involving listed and large corporate entities in Qatar. His technical expertise includes IFRS implementation (IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 36), tax compliance, internal audit, and governance reviews. Known for his strong analytical skills, leadership capability, and high ethical standards, he is committed to delivering high-quality audit services while adding strategic value to clients and supporting HLB’s professional excellence.
